My Journey – Experience that Builds Trust
2003–2013 Worked as a sales director and entrepreneur with a focus on customer orientation, strategic thinking, and sustainable sales structures. During this time, a deep understanding of decision-making processes, negotiation, and responsible consulting developed.
2014–2019 Entry into the real estate industry with a specialization in investment properties. In parallel, development and execution of own real estate projects focused on acquisition, development, and sale. In this context, the brand my home was created as a personal sales identity and expression of professional, transparent real estate consulting.
2019 IHK certification as a real estate agent and property appraiser. Legally sound valuation, market analysis, and structured consulting became the professional foundation of my work.
2020 Shift in focus to residential properties and the personal guidance of property owners through the sales process – with clear structure, realistic assessments, and direct responsibility.
