2003–2013 Worked as a sales director and entrepreneur with a focus on customer orientation, strategic thinking, and sustainable sales structures. During this time, a deep understanding of decision-making processes, negotiation, and responsible consulting developed.

In parallel, development and execution of own real estate projects focused on acquisition, development, and sale.
