Clearing out with a sense of proportion
Before every clear-out, we go through the rooms together at a calm pace. What comes with us, what goes to the family, what goes to donation organizations, what is properly disposed of. Only then do I commission a vetted provider at a binding fixed price – not at a daily rate that remains open-ended at the end.
Coordinated removal logistics
Packers, no-parking zones, transport insurance, set-up service in the new home. I obtain binding offers from two to three vetted removal companies, compare them transparently and manage the awarding of the contract after your approval. One contact instead of five individual contracts.
Minor trades before the handover

What I offer on request is a list of reputable contacts for new-build projects and existing apartments in the metropolitan region, with whom I have been working professionally for years. You decide for yourself whether and with whom you take up the search. This way, your new home remains your choice – with the comfort that the logistics in between are completely accompanied.
